The Company is managed by an experienced senior engineering technician. The Chief Technology Officer graduated from the professional of performance research, design and manufacture of marine internal combustion engine of well-known university in the 1980s in China. From the beginning of 1990s to 2001, he worked in the worldwide largest high speed passenger vessel fleet and was in charge of technology management, repair & maintenance and parts supply of mechanical & electrical power equipment of vessel for nearly 200 sets of diesel engine of MTU, DEUTZ & MWM and BENZ, nearly 100 sets of KAMEWA water jet and nearly 100 sets of gearbox of ZF and REINTJES. In recent 20 years, the major business of his companies are the supply of relevant parts and the repair & maintenance of above-mentioned power equipment for many ship-owners. The other hardcore staff handled the repair & maintenance and management of the said equipment in different positions and countries also. They were mainly responsible for the international business and the repair & maintenance job. They had good relationships with those international manufacturers, suppliers and customers. Most of them were sent to the overseas such as the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, etc. for professional training and got a lot of certificates of repair & maintenance and management of high technology mechanical & electrical power equipment.
The management and hardcore staff concentrated on the management, repair & maintenance and parts supply for the same type of equipment in the past few decades. We are thoroughly familiar with these power equipment and the performance & function of each parts and their manufacturers. We can buy directly from the original manufacturers and have a large stock that relies on our working in this field for a long time.
